1. Why hire a wedding videographer if I already have a photographer?

Photographs capture still moments. Video captures motion, sound, emotion, and the full atmosphere of the day. From your vows to your dad's teary speech to the way you both light up during your first dance—video brings those memories to life. Don't get me wrong, photos are equally as important.

Think of it this way: your photos will hang on the wall. Your wedding film will transport you back into the moment.

2. What does it cost to hire Corey Davis Films?

Our wedding videography collections begin at $2,497, with most couples investing between $3,000–$6,000 for a fully customized experience.

We know wedding planning is a big financial commitment—and we believe your memories are worth preserving with intention and care. Our pricing reflects not just the hours on your wedding day, but:

• The time spent planning and prepping your film

• Professional-grade gear and audio equipment

• Artistic editing that takes 40–60+ hours

• Drone footage (FAA-certified)

• And most importantly, a film that feels personal, cinematic, and timeless

Custom quotes are always available for destination weddings, multi-day coverage, or elopements. We also offer payment plans to help make things more manageable.

3.. What’s included in your wedding videography packages?

Each package with Corey Davis Films includes:

• 10 hours of wedding day coverage

• Multiple camera angles

• Professional audio capture for ceremony, vows, speeches, first look, etc.

• A cinematic highlight film (5-20 minutes)

• Drone footage (weather + location permitting)

We also offer customizable add-ons like rehearsal dinner coverage, full Ceremony and Toast edits, documentary edits, next-day teasers, and more.

4. How soon should we book a videographer?

As soon as possible. Popular dates (especially spring and fall weekends) book up a year or more in advance. If your date is already set, don’t wait to reach out.

5. How long will it take to get our video?

Our average turnaround time is 6–12 weeks. We know you're excited to relive the day, so we pour time and intention into every detail of the editing process.

6. Do you work well with photographers?

Absolutely. We work closely (and kindly) with your photographer to make sure we're all capturing your day seamlessly. The goal is for you to barely notice we're there while we document everything beautifully.

7. Can we pick the music for our film?

We use fully licensed music to ensure everything is legally sound and ready for sharing. While we can’t use popular Top 40 hits due to copyright restrictions, we do work closely with you to understand your style and vibe to find music that feels like you.

8. Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! Corey Davis Films is based in Michigan, but we happily travel for destination weddings and elopements. Whether it’s a mountaintop ceremony or a beachside celebration—we’ll be there.

9. How would you describe your style?

Our films are cinematic, emotional, and story-driven. We capture genuine moments—not stiff poses—and craft them into a film that feels both timeless and personal. If you laugh, cry, and hit replay… we’ve done our job.
